Comprehensive renovation of the ground floor of a semi-detached house in a strategically located residential area in El Rompido. This renovation involved removing the existing reinforced concrete staircase and replacing it with a metal staircase with a cleaner, lighter design. This has freed up space and created a greater sense of spaciousness. The kitchen has been opened up to the living-dining room with a sliding glass door.
On the other hand, the enclosed hallway leading to the bathroom has been incorporated into the living room space, which has been divided into different areas. This has been achieved by means of an element that, when viewed from the dining room, serves as a bookcase, and when viewed from the living room, acts as a television cabinet. In addition, a highly transparent room divider has been installed to maximise the lighting and spaciousness of the rooms.
